The Hong Kong Jewellers' and Goldsmiths' Association had been holding its Annual General Meeting at the Metropolitan Restaurant, 438 King's Road , North Point, Hong Kong and to celebrate its founding as a registered company limited at its 54th anniversary.

The ceremony was grand but simple. The Chairman reviewed all issues of the Association on the past year at this occasion:
1. The Hong Kong Jewellers' & Goldsmiths' Association together with the Kowloon Perals, Precious Stones, Jade, Gold and Silver Ornament Merchants Association implemented the "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" since the beginning of this year and introduced it to people from all industries through the press announcement on March 8. To further promote the scheme, we will make advertisement soon through TV and shops with the "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" can only sell the natural jade.
